Ms. Skipper brings to her practice an eclectic background that includes work as a theater professional, as a civil servant with the United States Army, and as a warrant officer with the United States Army Reserve. Ms. Skipper received her JD in 1997 from the New England School of Law in Boston, Mass. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater, earned in 1988 from Sonoma State University. When she is not working (which is rare) Ms. Skipper pursues her love of literature, theater, and music.
