As Post Commander of VFW Post 401 she has consistently displayed the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

VFW Post 401 is a facility which provides a wide variety of Ladies Auxiliary Programs in honor of U.S. Military veterans. Among the programs they offer are Americanism, buddy poppy, cancer aid and research, community service, hospital and veterans affairs voluntary services, junior girls units, legislative, VFW National Home for Children and youth activities.

Kathie possesses exceptional expertise in programs for veterans. She is a member of the Elks Lodge, American Legion and the Disabled American Veterans. In the time away from her busy schedule, Kathie greatly enjoys boating and golfing.
