With 22 years of professional experience, Ms. Ford's expertise is in administrational supervision. At Pasco County Schools, she supervises students and interacts with parents and teachers. She attributes her success to the support she receives from her trainers and colleagues.

A historian of the state nominee, Ms. Ford is a former member of the Pasco County Secretarial Association and the Florida Education Association. For the 2008 to 2009 school year, she was recognized with a School-Related Personnel of the Year Award. Ms. Ford is a supporter of Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
