POMONA, CA, July 26, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Troy A. Littlejohn, Educator, Social Studies Instructor for the Pomona Unified School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.

At the Pomona Unified School District, Mr. Littlejohn teaches five United States history classes and serves as the department chairman at Emerson Middle School. He also counsels students in anger management, intervention and discipline. With 14 years of experience in the field of education, he attributes his success to his motivation and caring nature.

In 1990, Mr. Littlejohn received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Chapman University. He is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the California Association of Teachers of Social Studies. Mr. Littlejohn volunteers his counseling services to his local boy's group home and the Second Baptist Church. In the future, he hopes to become the dean of counseling at a higher education institution.
