Cleopatra Shanail Williams-Myers' husband, family and church family lends her the support she needs to excel as a Children Services Consultant for the State of Connecticut

NEW HAVEN, CT, July 26, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cleopatra Shanail Williams-Myers, Children Services Consultant of the State of Connecticut, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating Dedication, Leadership and Excellence in Quality Review (QR) and Assurance.

As a Children Services Consultant for the State of Connecticut, Cleopatra Shanail Williams-Myers is responsible for conducting quality reviews, reviewing the cases of staff members, ensuring the usage of 4E codes, generating and submitting federal reports on background checks, licenses and foster care to the Director, working with liaisons, preparing quarterly reports, Power Point presentations, and working with various agency liaisons. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to make a difference in the lives of others, and she attributes her success to her faith in God and the support she receives from her husband, family and church family.

Ms. Williams-Myers received her second Master's Degree, M.S. in Labor Relations in May 2009 and her first Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in August 2008, both from the University of New Haven. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology from Eastern Connecticut State University in 1991. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is an active Union Steward & Council Delegate for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. She is also an Associate Minister at the St. Matthew Freewill Baptist Church in New Haven, CT.
