Kathy Tepas Named to Exclusive Membership Organization
Kathy Tepas was honored by the Boy Scouts of America with a District Award of Merit

WILLIAMSVILLE, NY, June 11, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kathy Tepas, Preschool Teacher for the Community Action Organization, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in primary education.

Driven to become involved in her profession by her love for children, Ms. Tepas has 30 years of field experience. A literacy expert, she is employed by the Community Action Organization as a Head Start preschool teacher. In her position, Ms. Tepas is responsible for developing curriculum, planning lessons, and conducting parent-teacher conferences. She organizes learning environments and assists special needs students. She attributes her success to her strong commitment.

In 1989, Ms. Tepas completed coursework at Buffalo State College. A board member for the Touching Bases Softball League, she serves as a baseball coach for two summer leagues geared toward those with special needs. Ms. Tepas volunteers her free time as a leader for the Boy Scouts of America and was honored by the organization with a District Award of Merit.
