Julie Rae Johnson Joins the Ranks of Leading Professionals
Julie Rae Johnson wanted a career that would allow her to give back and make a contribution to her community
INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN, June 03, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Julie Rae Johnson, Reading Specialist for South Washington County Public Schools, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
With 20 years of professional experience, Julie Rae Johnson attributes her career success to her perseverance. As a reading specialist, she is responsible for teaching reading recovery half-days to four elementary classes, and coaching educators to improve literacy delivery. She is a member of the literacy committee, the equity committee, the sunshine committee, and the district. Additionally, she is affiliated with the International Reading Association.
In 1994, she received her Master's Degree in Human Development Psychology, Language, and Literacy from Harvard University. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and English Education in 1991 from Hamline University.
