Dr. Sinclair has 11 years of overall professional experience. As the head start program director, he is in charge of conducting and attending meetings, and developing and managing early childhood programs. He received his Doctoral Degree in Education and Leadership Studies. In 2008, he received his Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning from Ashford University. Dr. Sinclair sits on the Board of Directors for Durham's Partnership for Children. He is a member of the More at Four Pre-Kindergarten Program, The North Carolina Partnership for Children, Inc., and the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.
