C.R. Ratliff, Jr. celebrates 36 years with the United States Army
ARLINGTON, VA, June 11, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- C.R. Ratliff, Jr., Program Manager Child, Youth and School Services Program at the United States Department of the Army, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in defense operations.
As program manager of Child, Youth and School Services Program at the United States Department of the Army, Mr. Ratliff is responsible for reviewing contracts and invoices, ensuring on-time payment and planning strategies. Prior to attaining his current position, he served in the U.S. Army for three years and decided to stay in another capacity. He attributes his success to his hard work, dedication, passion for his profession and willingness to continue learning.
Mr. Ratliff received his Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from the Air University of the Air Force War College in 2003 and his Master of Education from Boston University in 1977. He is a graduate of the Defense Leadership and Management Program and is a member of the Association of the United States Army. He also support the Military Child Education Coalition and Kiva.
