Ben R. Kugler celebrates 20 years of success in his career

With 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Kugler attributes his success to the fundamentals of commitment; pledging oneself to an objective and doing what is needed to achieve that objective. As the COO of dreamGEAR, LLC, he is in charge of overseeing business operations, developing, implementing and planning short- and long-term strategies, and assisting directors and managers in all aspects of operational policies. Prior to his current position, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer of DV&A, and the executive vice president for the marketing and sales division of The Millard Group.

Mr. Kugler has written three books including "The Natural Laws of Parenting," "Parenting Essentials," and "How to Handle Difficult Situations with your Child." His next book, "Resolve Any Relationship Problem" will be published in Fall 2010. He serves on the boards of six Boards of Directorships; two of which are non-profits. He has raised millions of dollars for groups that help disadvantaged children. He received the Highest Sales Award from the New York Life Insurance Company and in 1969, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois in less than 3 years.
