Linda L. Griffith is the recipient of three master's degrees

ANCHORAGE, AK, April 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Linda L. Griffith, Secondary Special Education Administrator for the Anchorage School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in special education.

Specializing in problem resolution, Mrs. Griffith has 28 years of field experience. At the Anchorage School District, where she has been employed for over 25 years and currently the coordinator for secondary special education. Mrs. Griffith oversees training for general and special education staff, reviews curriculum and compiles data from secondary special education committees, assists with monitoring and maintaining compliance to state and federal guideline for secondary special education, and supports the school based administration, staff, and families with IEP related questions or concerns. She attributes her success to her faith in God.

Ms. Griffith is the recipient of three Master's Degrees from the University of Alaska, in Special Education, Leadership Development and Counseling. She is a member of the Alaska School Counselor Association, ASCD and the International Reading Association. She volunteers her free time to her local church. In the future, Ms. Griffith hopes to continue working in the educational field and relocate to Arizona.
