Helena Maria Jimenez to Be Profiled in Exclusive Registry
Helena Maria Jimenez teaches Social Studies to 6th, 7th and 8th graders at Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish School.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ, April, 07, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Helena Maria Jimenez, Fourth-Grade Teacher at Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish School, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.

With 47 years of professional experience, Ms. Jimenez attributes her success to her work and travel experience in places such as England, Canada, Mexico and within the United States. These varied environments have helped her to broaden her knowledge in teaching. At Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish School, she teaches social studies to sixth, seventh and eighth graders. She spent several summers being a chaperone for Mexican children in England and speaks Polish and Spanish fluently.

Ms. Jimenez completed coursework in 1963 at Maria Assumpta Collge, which is affiliated with the University of London. In 1997, she received the Teacher of the Year Award from the Archdiocese of Newark for 2003-2004. She was also recognized for outstanding teaching performance by Who's Who Among America's Teachers.
