Margaret Judith Johnson celebrates four years with Forney Independent School District

MESQUITE, TX, March 30, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Margaret Judith Johnson, Elementary Teacher for the Mesquite Independent School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in primary education.

Fueled by the desire to make a difference in the lives of children, Margaret Judith Johnson embarked on her teaching career over 30 years ago. Now celebrating her fourth year with the Mesquite Independent School District in Texas, Ms. Johnson excels in teaching reading, writing and spelling to dyslexic students in second through sixth grade. She also serves as a substitute teacher and consultant for fellow educators. In addition to hard work, she credits her career success to the unwavering support she receives from her peers and mentors.

Ms. Johnson earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education, with a concentration in English, from East Texas State University, renamed Texas A&M University. Her professional affiliations include the American Association of University Women. Looking to the future, Ms. Johnson intends to act as a teaching mentor and work more extensively with fellow educators.
