Dr. Elaine Kensey Named to Exclusive Membership Organization
Dr. Elaine Kensey received the Teacher of the Year Award

SHREVEPORT, LA, October 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Elaine Kensey, Teacher for the Caddo Public Schools System, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.

With 31 years of overall professional experience, Dr. Kensey attributes her success to the encouragement and support her parents offered her. A teacher for the Caddo Public Schools System, she is responsible for teaching inclusion classes made of 15 students, teaching special and reading education, and incorporating of music and rhythm into her lessons. She earned her Master of Education in 1986 from the University of New Orleans. In 1978, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Learning Disabled Studies from Dillard University. Dr. Kensey is a member of the Caddo Federation of Teachers, and received the Teacher of the Year Award.
