Lizmayrem Stover is the founder and director of Elite Manners School of Etiquette: "Teaching the foundations of grace and excellence"

SUMTER, SC, October 06, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lizmayrem Stover, Certified Etiquette Consultant, Founder and Director of Elite Manners School of Etiquette, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in etiquette instruction.

Liz Stover is passionate about changing the world, one well-mannered young lady at a time. As the founder and executive director of Elite Manners School of Etiquette, Liz is committed to offering young ladies an alternative to the bad behavior that has somehow become acceptable behavior in our culture. In fact, Liz believes that there is a cost to rudeness; to our relationships, in our homes, communities, and workplaces. - Biographical excerpt from www.elitemannersschoolofetiquette.com

A native Panamanian, Lizmayrem Stover immigrated to the United States in 1990, determined to pursue a career in etiquette and communication training. Upon her arrival in the states, Ms. Stover completed training in business and social etiquette at the Etiquette Institute in St. Louis, Mo. She also obtained a master of public administration, with a concentration in public personnel management, from Troy University and earned a bachelor of science in economics in the republic of Panama. Prior to establishing her consultancy, she gained 16 years of experience in the public service sector with the Department of Social Services.

Ms. Stover proudly established Elite Manners School of Etiquette four years ago in an effort to foster an understanding of etiquette and manners and the integral role they play in confidence, self-esteem and respect for others. Her current class offerings includes: Gracious Living for Young Ladies, ages 8-12 and 13-17, Gracious Living for Ladies, ages 18 and above, Dining Etiquette Tutorial Groups, Private Etiquette Dining Tutorials, Business Etiquette, Gracious Kids Summer Camp for Boys and Girls, and Gracious Teens Summer Camp.

In addition to her hands-on teaching efforts, Ms. Stover penned a coloring book for young children to communicate the importance of manners. More recently, she completed her full-length manuscript, "Gracious Living for Young Ladies - Self Improvement Guide and Manual for Life." Available for purchase through her website and amazon.com, the work offers practical how-to etiquette advice and is the "essential guide for manners and grace for today's woman." Ms. Stover has also parlayed her experience into the composition of etiquette manuals and curriculum textbooks, which she intends to make available to the public in the coming months.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, Ms. Stover has served as an interpreter on both state and federal levels. She has volunteered with the American Red Cross and is involved with a number of charitable organizations throughout the Sumter community.
