Kimberly A. Bunch Honored for Excellence in Elementary Mathematics
Cambridge VIP Helps Other Teachers Align with State Standards
QUINCY, WA, June 4, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kimberly A. Bunch, a teacher for Monument Elementary School, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of elementary mathematics.
Ms. Bunch is recognized as an expert in teaching fourth- through sixth-grade mathematics. As a teacher for Monument Elementary School, she is responsible for assisting teachers with strategies and the alignment of materials and curricula, and rendering interventions with students. Ms. Bunch considers watching her pupils succeed and helping other teachers become aligned with state standards to be the most enjoyable and fulfilling aspects of her work.
Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who as a VIP member last year, Ms. Bunch received her Master's Degree in Integrating Technology in Classroom from Walden University in 2006. Additionally, in 1995 she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Mathematics, with a minor in Spanish, from Eastern Washington University. She is a member of the Learning Improvement Team, the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics. She also sits as chairwoman of the Mathematics Leadership Team.
