Elder Ronald Joshua Davis named expert in mentoring by exclusive registry

BLOOMINGTON, IL, June 6, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Elder Ronald Joshua Davis, President and Founder of YOUNGMEN (Yes Our Understanding Needs Growth Mentoring Educating Now), has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Whofor showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of community development.

As the president and founder of YOUNGMEN, Mr. Davis is an expert in mentoring. An ordained elder minister with trifolds, he is responsible for networking, collecting contributions, meeting with the press, mentoring parents, visiting Decatur at Phoenix Academy, and teaching approaches to life, leadership skills and responsibilities to young men. He founded YOUNGMEN after his own experience of being incarcerated and not being available to his own son and attributes his success to the grace of God.

Mr. Davis completed coursework at Elmhurst College and Blackhawk College. In his spare time, he volunteers for Project Dream and as a prison minister at McLean County Jail. He hopes to expand the organization and get more men involved and interested in becoming fathers to their children and provide positive role models to children without fathers.
