Ramona Mae Brewer, Ed.S., Honored by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Elementary Education
Veteran Educator Finds Personal Fulfillment Working with Children

GRENADA, MS, March 20, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ramona Mae Brewer, retired teacher for Grenada School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in all aspects of elementary education.

Ms. Brewer had 32 years of experience in education to Water Valley School District, East Tallahatchie School District, and Grenada School District from which she retired. An expert in teaching students in kindergarten through third grade, she earned her Education Specialist Degree, major in Early Childhood Education, from the University of Mississippi in 1984. Ms. Brewer was a passionate educator and considered working with students to be both the most enjoyable and most fulfilling aspect of her career. She was affiliated with Mississippi Professional Education and served on a variety of committees at Grenada Elementary School. She has served as president of Alpha Epsilon chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, international education society. She is a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church where she serves in various capacities. In her spare time, she volunteers in her community. Ms. Brewer was inducted into Cambridge Who's Who as a VIP member in 2008.
