Betty B. Mayo Honored by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Adolescent Development
Ms. Mayo, who has more than 25 years of professional experience in child development, became involved in her profession because her children were involved with the Missouri 4-H Foundation.

Huntsville, MO, February 13, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Betty B. Mayo, Retired Youth Education Assistant at the University of Missouri Extension, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of child development.

Ms. Mayo has more than 25 years of professional experience in child development. She became involved in her profession because of her children who were involved in the Missouri 4-H Foundation. She attributes her success to her personal drive and considers her greatest professional accomplishment her induction into the Missouri 4-H Hall of Fame. Ms. Mayo considers helping children achieve their goals to be the most rewarding aspect of her career.

Ms. Mayo received her Associate's Degree in Administrative and Secretarial Services from Draughons Business College. She is a member of the Missouri and National Associations For Family and Community Education and the Missouri and National Associations of Youth Workers.
