With more than 10 years of professional experience in education, Ms. Dover specializes in teaching reading. As a title I reading teacher, she is responsible for teaching kindergarten students and enhancing their reading skills, and organizing family reading groups. She considers meeting the needs of students to be the most fulfilling aspect of her career and attributes her success to her caring nature and love for children.

A certified reading specialist, Ms. Dover received her Master of Arts from the University of Central Missouri in 2000 and her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Central Methodist University in 1996. She is a member of the Missouri State Teachers Association and is a former president of the International Reading Association. Her goals for the future include mentoring other teachers.
