Bauer, Wildlife Biologist and Founder of Environmental Conservation & Community Organization, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of biological sciences.

With more than 12 years of professional experience, Ms. Bauer excels in wildlife biology, which includes biological assessments, mapping properties, preparing reports and assisting landowners who are interested conservations. She utilizes her communication and problem solving skills and works with lawyers to protect properties. She previously served in the environmental center of the U.S. Army for five years. Ms. Bauer was honored by Federal Executive Boards with the Gold Award in 2006, and attributes her success to her determination.

Ms. Bauer is also the founder and president of Kupenda (http://www.kupenda.org), a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to providing education for disabled children in Kenya. She raises funds for children and has assisted 500 disabled children in 12 different schools, helping them in education, food and medical assistance. Ms. Bauer received her Master's Degree in Applied Biology and Ecology from Eastern Kentucky University in 2001. Her goals for the future include obtaining a certification from the wildlife society and expanding Kupenda.
