/Childrens Issues News Articles/ - New York City, NY, July 12, 2008, Sandra B. St. James, Habilitation Teacher at Terrence Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of education.

Ms. St. James excels in teaching mentally challenged children and is responsible for planning curriculum and activities. She attributes her success to the support she received from Mrs. Ginnie Chester, who's been like a mother to her, as well as friends. Ms. St. James earned her Master's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Lehman College in 1990, her Bachelor's Degree in Child Psychology and is a certified therapeutic recreation specialist. Currently she is pursuing a Post-Graduate Degree in Special Education from City College.
