With 34 years of experience in education, Ms. Morrison has held her current position as a fourth grade teacher at Parkway Christian Academy for 19 years. She specializes in teaching state history and Bible history to fourth grade students. Her responsibilities include teaching all fourth grade subjects, leading the safety patrol team, conducting the accelerated reading program, organizing book supplies and parents' conferences, planning curricula, coordinating mission trips for students, managing puppet ministry, and visiting nursing homes and child care centers.

A certified teacher for K-9 students, Ms. Morrison received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International. Ms. Morrison attributes her success to her faith in God, love for children and passion for her profession. She became involved in education because she was inspired by her teacher. She expects to retire in the next few years, at which point she intends to continue in ministry services.
