With 10 years of experience in her field, Ms. Jones-Mulder has spent five years working in her current capacity. Her areas of expertise include teaching students in kindergarten through eighth grade, teaching intermediate level English to college students and training teachers and administrators on how to use their reading curriculum. As the president and founder of her company, Ms. Jones-Mulder is also responsible for managing business development, budgeting and recruiting, as well as training and assessing staff. J-Vision, Inc. is an educational institution that provides complementary and supplementary basic education services, and tutoring for kindergarten through twelfth grades students.

Ms. Jones-Mulder previously worked as a reading consultant for a major publishing company and as regional director for a supplemental educational services company in the Bay Area, which inspired her to start her own supplemental educational services company. She attributes her success to her management skills, hard work and passion for her profession.
