In 2001, Conti founded the Worldwide Children's Foundation, an organization that seeks to provide critically ill children all over the world with life-saving surgeries. Conti now serves as chairman of the foundation, which has saved the lives of 22 children from eight different countries to date. He has received numerous awards for his community service, which include the Ellis Medal of Honor (2003), the Distinguished Citizens Award (2004) from the Learning for Life Program affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America, and the American Cancer Society Crystal Award (2003).

Conti received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Pace University, New York state, in 1989. He is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (1995-2002) and a qualifying life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (2003-2007). He has received a number of professional awards, including the National Quality Award (1993-2007), and the National Sales Achievement Award (NSA 1993-2006).
In addition, he serves as an active member of several national and local charitable and cultural organizations, such as the American Cancer Society, the Boy Scouts of America, the National Arts Club, the Columbus Citizens Foundation and the Knights of Columbus where he is a fourth degree member.
