An early intervention specialist for the Parent Infant Special Education Program at Saginaw Public Schools for 17 years, Ms. Shea has 21 years of experience in the field. Her expertise is in early childhood development and working with parents whose children have developmental delays. She attributes her success to her love for children and her desire to help them develop to their greatest potential.

Ms. Shea received a bachlor's degree in special education for the hearing impaired from Eastern Michigan University and a master of arts in early childhood education from Saginaw Valley State University. She is a member of American Association for Home Based Early Interventionists.
